Tati Natasuminta: It traces back to a fine afternoon ... 1978 , when a friend took me to one of the small markets in Jatinegara area, the Pasar Batu Rawa Bening as it known to be the local market for gems and semiprecious stones. I was a young doctor working at a municipality health center not too far away. That was my first encounter with gemstones. 1997, I started lacing beads and selling accessories to friends and acquaintances, offered workshops and participated in exhibition (2003)
